Terms of Service

I-TAD Technologies Solutions, Inc. — Effective July 15, 2026

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the services provided by I-TAD Technologies Solutions, Inc. ("I-TAD," "we," "us") to business customers ("Customer," "you"). By requesting a quote, scheduling a pickup, or delivering equipment to us, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

I-TAD provides IT asset disposition (ITAD), certified data destruction, electronics recycling, and commercial pickup and cleanout services from our facility at 2140 S Main St, Fort Worth, TX 76110. Services are offered to businesses and organizations.

Quotes & Estimates

Quotes and estimates are provided for planning purposes and are non-binding until confirmed by I-TAD in writing. Final pricing may be adjusted based on the actual type, condition, volume, and composition of equipment received.

Scheduling & Access

Pickups, drop-offs, and facility visits are by appointment. Customer is responsible for ensuring equipment is accessible and accurately described at the time of scheduling.

Transfer of Title

Title to equipment and materials transfers to I-TAD upon our acceptance of the equipment at pickup or upon receipt at our facility. After transfer, disposition of the equipment is at I-TAD's sole discretion consistent with our certifications and applicable law.

Data Destruction & Certificates

Data-bearing devices are sanitized and/or physically destroyed in accordance with NIST SP 800-88 guidelines. A Certificate of Destruction is issued for data destruction services performed, documenting the devices processed.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise stated in a written quote or agreement, invoices are due Net 30 from the invoice date.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-TAD's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to any service is limited to the amount paid by Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim. I-TAD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data value, or business interruption.

Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or in a written agreement, services are provided "as is," and I-TAD disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless I-TAD from claims arising out of equipment or materials Customer did not have the right to transfer, hazardous or misrepresented materials delivered to I-TAD, or Customer's breach of these Terms.

Communications

Information about how we collect and use contact information, including SMS text messaging consent and opt-out, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page.
